The Lives of Outsider Chairs

A collection of my photos that banded together to tell
the         true story      of
 Outsider    ҉⋱╠╗∏╔╣  ҉⋱  Chairs

Some of the Outsider Chairs seemed to lead charmed musical lives
(1)

Others, adrift and washed up
(2)

We  interrupted the secret conversation of barrels.
Yeah, there's an element of danger in being an Outsider Chair.
Somebody could just walk away with you.  (3)

     Crowded and stacked,
but exhilarating
if you're in Rome amidst ancient history
and "dolce vida"
(4)

I like to think he could talk to chairs, and imaginary friends.   (5)

Some searched for that certain Bohemian shabby chic.
After all, wasn't  freedom in the wild elements
a solid part of being an Outsider Chair? (6)

They were known to congregate,
especially if stories of color, line, or texture were to be told. (7)

Other times, they were just hanging out watching the action on the night streets. (8)

OutsiderChair research update 8/31/2012
It was more than a little disconcerting to come back from a lovely remote location (filled with a large clan of Adirondack chairs by the way), and discover the strange saga of Clint Eastwood talking to a chair, now known as Eastwooding http://www.thedailybeast.com/articles/2012/08/31/best-of-invisibleobama-tweeters-strike-back-eastwooding-begins.html
I don't know what kind of chair that was, but I wouldn't be surprised if after listening to such strange twisted ramblings, it just up and walked away for some fresh air, outside, far away from such a sanctimonious crowd. http://www.newyorker.com/online/blogs/closeread/2012/08/clint-eastwood-rambles-republican-national-convention.html
very funny-- Jon Stewart makes (non)sense of it all--

Could this be a revival of the Outsider Chairs?
